Your Market Price Terms and Conditions

This page explains our Terms of Service, by using any of Your Market Price Services, you agree and are bound to follow these terms and conditions (Terms of Service).  Used in these Terms of Service, “us”, “our”, “we” and “Your Market Price” refer to Your Market Price Contracting Team while “You” means the Your Market Price user, i.e individual, business, or corporate using any of our services. If you an individual are using our services on behalf of a business, then to us, you represent the business entity, hence the entity is bound to follow and accept these terms. These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and us.

Your Market Price is managed by numerous entrepreneurs who are selling their own items and/or selling on behalf of their clients. We provide a commerce platform where merchants showcase and sell their products and also buyers can purchase online. These current features and new tools that maybe be added to these services will also be subject to the Terms of Service. You should read all of our Terms carefully including our Privacy Policy, and Agree and Accept them before you may sign up for a Your Market Price account or any of Your Market Price services. By using any of Your Market Price services, you are Agreeing to these Terms.

Account Registration and Terms

• You must be at least 18 years of age to sign up for a Your Market Price account.
• You must provide true and accurate personal information needed during account sign-up. This information includes but is not limited to a name, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information Up to date at all times.
• Your Market Price may reject your application, suspend or terminate your current account for any reason that the account does not meet or comply with our registration requirements. 
• Your Market Price will use the email address and phone number you provide for communication from time to time. 
• You are fully responsible for all activities that run on your account. 
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We will not be liable for any damages or loss that may arise from your failure of keeping your account and password secure. 
• You agree not to process orders outside Your Market Price. 
• You agree not to use robots or any automated means to monitor services running on your account.

Payment Terms

• Our services are generally free but sometimes we may charge a fee for certain services. If the service you use requires you to pay a fee, you agree to pay the applicable fee by the due date. If not paid, we may be forced to refer to these Terms of Service to limit you from using our services.
• You agree to pay for a product through the payment methods accepted by us. A product will be considered bought when it has been paid for.
• You can contact the seller for any inquiries and more information about a product, however, you agree not to make any transactions or contact the seller outside Your Market Price platform to ensure the security of your purchase. Any transactions and contacts made outside Your Market Price will automatically lead to your account Suspension or Termination. Your Market Price will also not be held liable for any losses that may arise from any form of transactions made outside our platform.
• In the event that there is an issue arising from the purchase of a product from Our platform, the buyer should seek information from the specific seller of the product.

Your Market Price Rights

• Your Market Price reserves a right to suspend and/or terminate your account at any time with or without notice with reasons to our sole discretion. We will however inform you when and why your account is suspended or terminated. 
• You must maintain respect for our employees and the entire team as any form of disrespect whether verbal, written or any form of threats will lead to the immediate termination of your account. 
• We reserve the right to control who we give our services to and can modify them at any time. 
• We reserve the right to request documentation to confirm account ownership. Documents might include but are not limited to business licenses, Government Identification card photo, and biometrics.

Indemnity

• You hereby indemnify Your Market Price and its affiliates, our team, employees, suppliers, partners, officers, and directors from and against any costs, damages, claims, investigations, audits, liabilities, and demands of any kind including but not limited to legal and attorney’s fees, made by any party that might be caused by you or your actions of any form while using any of our services directly or indirectly.
• You agree to indemnify us from any tax liability that may arise in relation to a purchase made through Your Market Price, where the liability arises from your failure to pay or register to pay any tax in accordance with the law.
• You agree to be solely held responsible if you commit any fraudulent transactions, breach these Terms of Service and Violate any laws of any third party whether intentionally or unintentionally while using Your Market Price Services.

Limitations of Liability and Damages

• Your Market Place will not be liable to any person for any direct, indirect, accidental or intentional loss or damages that might arise from including but not limited to contract, warranty or negligence of any nature whatsoever. 
• You understand and agree that you will not bring any personal claim to any of our employees

Return and Refunds

Return and Refund of products by buyers shall be done in accordance with our Return and Refund policy as stated below:

• Acceptance of return to the seller shall be subject to the seller’s sole discretion and regulations.
• Acceptance of return shall not be more than 48hours after receiving the product.
• Refunds shall be in respect of the product price and shipping fees.
• Refunds shall be done through our accepted payment methods.
• Any changes made to our return and refund policy shall be effective with respect to purchases made from the day the changes are published on our website.

Security

We do not in any way or form accept buyers to make transactions to the seller out of Our marketplace to ensure the security of your purchase. We encourage you to notify us with valid proof through our “Contact Us”  if you suspect any form of fraudulence from a seller.

Copyright and Trademark Infringement

• You agree not to use Your Market Price trademarks or commit any infringement in any form whether registered or unregistered. 
• You agree not to use any variations or misspellings of the word Your Market Price as this will be an infringement. 
• You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Your Market Price, failure to do so will lead to the Suspension or Termination of your account.

General Conditions

We may update these Terms Of Service(T&C) at any time. Updates take effect from the day we publish them on Your Market Price website. For any help or inquiries, please contact us through our “Contact Us” page.
